On my arrival the Client Service Administrator Laura was very friendly and professional. The Hearing Specialist Lynne was very professional and explained thoroughly how the testing would be completed, she also took the time to review the results at the end of the test.
Laura the Client Services Administrator ensure that she had obtained contact information so that an email copy of the results could forwarded to me as well as my doctor.
I was very pleased and would recommend this clinic as it is located inside the Port Hope Medical Centre which makes it very convenient.

The audiologist is kind, patient and very knowledgeable . Her receptionist is helpful and goes beyond to make things easier for clients.

Very professional office with an excellent hearing specialist . Who took thettume to explain the results as well as products offered. Lynne followed up with me via email to answer some additional questions. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office and did not have to wait.
