Ms Quinn, her generator is 8 years old. All service calls were pre-approved before dispatched. The monitor in question is no longer supported by the manufacturer, Generac. The generator is fully operational and there is nothing we can do to correct this accessory. Unfortunately the fees listed are grossly inaccurate.
