Melissa is amazing! I came to Trent Severn Waterway Lock 8 to camp for a week from Kitchener-Waterloo and came across Journey to Be on google as a local yoga and fitness studio.
The communication was excellent. The workout was amazing! Melissa is great at guiding you through the entire workout, ensuring you are engaging appropriate muscle groups. I felt relaxed and light at the end of the one hour of strengthening session. Signed up for the Zumba before I head back home!
Wish I was local so I could be a regular. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to stay fit if you are local to the area or even visiting!
