It was refreshing to hear someone admit that they didn't know everything about cars, especially the one ( not a GM product ) we purchased. They stayed late and accommodated our schedule due to travel even into a 3 day weekend. Scott came out and thanked us for our business. I've been buying cars for 40yrs and can't remember a dealer principal doing that. Thank you Daryl, and Scott. Well done.

She responded to our initial request almost immediately when we were having trouble getting answers from any other dealership. She set up a next day appointment for us and was ready with vehicles and details on our arrival.
