Plato's Closet Orleans

I go thrifting a lot around town and I was quite surprised by the vast selection of clothing and attire. I was able to find a whole outfit for myself there, good quality clothing and great brand name products. The service there was wonderful as well, the girls at cash and store owner were very helpful and kind. Excited to go again soon! On a side note, I also don’t think people realize that downtown stores will always have more selection, many stores are bigger in areas where there is more demand so the Orleans location has lots to offer given its location.

My main issue with this location is how crowded it is. There are so many racks that are pushed very close together. I am very thin and it was very uncomfortable to shop here as I could barely fit down the aisles. It would be nearly impossible for someone bigger than myself or with any mobility needs to navigate some of the aisles comfortably and the store in general. It makes for a very uncomfortable and claustrophobic experience overall. I think it would be worth it to sacrifice a few racks to make the store comfortable and accessible.

This new location has a lot of potential and I'm looking forward to visiting it again once things are more spaced out.

They’re ok. Service wasn’t wonderful.. especially from the older gentleman and woman who work there.
Clothes are decent-ish. Bought a really nice pair of jeans here. Scored a cute hat too.
I’ll continue to come here and there when I can’t find things @ Value Village/ other second hand places.. but the service needs some work.
