Throughout this time, Kyle has provided me with an overall healthy lifestyle and helped me achieve my dream physique through his expertise and relentless pursuit of excellence. He is professional, kind, understanding and extremely committed. His encouragement has given me the confidence I needed to become the best version of myself. The changes I have seen in my daily habits, my strength and my body have been tremendous.
