I recently had my rugs and sofa cleaned by Capital Carpet Solutions, and I'm impressed. The team was punctual, and they did a fantastic job removing deep stains. Truly the best carpet cleaning service in all of Ottawa. Arrived on time and were very professional, from the start they were very professional, they wore uniform and had boot covers to cover their shoes as to not get any dirt on my floors or carpets, they were very polite and transparent with me and explained the whole process to me from start to finish. The carpets turned out amazing! Will for sure be coming back to you guys again in the future for carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning.

After moving to a new location recently, I found that occupants before me had left quite the mess. The light switches were grimy; the walls were scuffed and scraped; there was pet hair stuck to every inch of the baseboards; heck, they didn’t even have the common courtesy to wipe down the freezer’s drawers and left me a bunch of loose frozen pees and chicken nugget batter.

With all of that said, how do you suppose they treated the carpeted dining room (just off the back deck) and stairs to the basement? Exactly: it was of course trashed! Cat hair, stains, and very likely a write-off and expensive replacement. Or so I thought!

On a lark, I sent Capital Carpet Solutions a quick description of what I wanted done with a few photos of the wreckage. I was convinced I’d be tearing it all up with an x-acto knife and spending a couple of grand, so what was one DM inquiry going to hurt? Abdel responded promptly with his diagnosis and assured me that he could restore my carpet.

On arrival, Abdel was polite, professional, and exacting in his work. He thoroughly vacuumed, treated, and then removed an incredible amount of filth from the carpet. The water that went from the faucet to his machine began as clear, but on leaving, he showed me how black it had become! Gross!

For a reasonable rate, Abdel saved my carpet, so even if you are convinced that yours can’t be helped, I suggest you have this company check it out first—you’ll be glad you did!
