I needed to purchase full riding gear for a snowmobile. I appreciate how helpful and patient everyone was at the store. All of my questions were answered and I was able to select the proper clothes to suit my needs. What I liked the most, is that if one representative could not answer my question, immediately another representative would approach to help. I spent almost 2 hours at the store trying different clothes, and no one rushed me, instead I was offered to try different options. Special thanks to Amber G, Connor and Deb, who are great people to deal with. Very honest, knowledgeable and personable. I had great experience shopping at this store

The parts desk was great, they gave good advice and were very friendly, i would say the Associate that helped me went above and beyond. Drive belts were a great deal. Everything else is Extremely Expensive, one gallon of 2 stroke oil was $75. Great store though.

Lisa was amazing! My wife and I were in the store yesterday to shop for UTV gear and it was an amazing experience. Even though it was there big sale , Lisa and her team were there to help us figure out what we needed and make sure everything was perfect . This is the first time I post a review for anything, that's how impressed we were!

I recently bought a bike for my son and had to bring it in for repairs. The staff were amazing and got it done really quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service and awesome deals. Thanks again Troy, Hurley and John.

Store has tons of selection. Aubry a.k.a. auntie Osborne, was very helpful with looking for some lenses. She took the extra effort and went through the backstock room pulling everything out so that I can get the lens that I needed. Also dealt with the service desk who was also fantastic with a warranty issue on a product that I had. I definitely recommend the store and more importantly the staff.
