Thank you Mandy, Zach and Alex. We took delivery of our chairs and ottoman on Friday, April 1, and we couldn't be happier. Understandably, the pandemic has had an impact on the supply chain and we had to wait longer for our furniture pieces than we anticipated, but it was worth the wait.
The tufted ottoman is a work of art, and it complements the sofa and the focal point for the seating area in the room, our fireplace. The swivel chairs are definitely quality built and the workmanship is superb.
Mandy, thanks for your ideas to help us select the colour of the materials for our pieces and thank you Zach and Alex for a superb job in delivering the items to our home and your care as you placed them for us.

What an experience it was to work with Polanco & Mandy to furnish my home. If I could select 5++++ I would have. From planning, to delivery, setup and post-delivery the service was outstanding. The quality of the product is great and combined with the attention to detail and service I would say this is the best experience I have ever had furnishing a home. The real differentiator is that they have the clients best interest at heart. This was demonstrated when I mistakenly selected a sofa that would not work in our space and Polanco remediated it immediately. Mandy identified it would not work, took the product back and then helped me select one that would work.  Simply put the complete service is exceptional!!!!

I do not often write reviews but I had to share this information about Polanco furniture and the staff.
I literally had to furnish an entire home in a short period of time and I would still be sitting in an empty house if it was not for the amazing owner Mandy at Polanco. She has impeccable taste and carries such a wide selection of beautifully made furniture , as well as custom options , that I had so many choices at different price points.
Also , she gave such good practical design advice and really looked at how I was going to live before making suggestions. Her son Zach , who oversees deliveries amongst other things , is great to work with and ensures that the placing of the furniture in your rooms , assembly and delivery is absolutely perfect. Prices are also reasonable for this quality of furniture. She has a great selection of accessories as well. Thank you Mandy !

From start to finish my experience at Polanco was fantastic. After visiting several other stores in the city and being underwhelmed with either the selection or the service, I found everything I was looking for here. Mandy was very helpful; asking questions in order to tailor her advice to suit my preference, style and home. She has a great sense of style and an true eye for details. In the end, I am absolutely thrilled with my new family room, from the large pieces, down to the pillows and accessories. Thank you Mandy and the staff at Polanco! We will be back.

The store had a lot of great pieces. The staff members were friendly. Not everything that they sell can be seen in store--much of it is custom ordered. They have sample wood, stains, and textiles to view as well as brochures from the manufacturers.
