Ardel concrete did a fantastic job of waterproofing my entire foundation 7 years ago. Last week when I identified an issue, they arrived the next day to assess. Although the issue didn't fall within warranty (because the moisture was due to damaged flagstone/threshold rather than the foundation work they had done), Steve took time to explain possible courses of action and recommended several stonemasons better suited for the repair.

My house apparently had two cracks. My friend recommended Steve so I contacted him. He responded quickly, did an evaluation, and had the cracks repaired at the time slot exactly as he promised.
