We are newbies to home security systems. We did an online search and spoke with neighbors who are with other services. RedFlag came up as the strongest option. We spoke with Georges at RedFlag about our needs. He was clear and succinct. We booked an appointment to install our selected system on that first call. John, the installer, showed up on time, calling fifteen minutes ahead to alert us of his arrival. He did the same on a return call to install options we decided to add. John was efficient, friendly and helpful in answering our many questions. The services work exactly as Georges had described. No surprises. No hidden charges. After the second week, we accidentally triggered an alarm. The call center reached us within minutes to check that we were OK. We are happy with the service, the package we selected and most impressed with RedFlag staff.

My alarm system needed attention after the power loss due to the tornadoes --- I was very impressed by the prompt and efficient service which I received last week from Red Flag Security. And no charge for over an hour's work!

I got as great deal for my security system and 3 yrs prepaid monitoring service. The system works great and easy to use. A couple days ago my power adapter for the system blew so I called Red Flag Support and they went out of their way to bring me a new one at my work as soon as they could the very next day. My system was down for less than 24 hrs.
Awesome deal, great support, nice team of guys too, very helpful. I've been with them for 18 months already and as long as I'm at this location I will stay with them. I recommend them to everyone.

We decided to signup and we have been very pleased. They were so patient with our needs and they setup our home security system exactly how we wanted it. They even took the time to explain step by step how to use it. We also have a pet and we got them to tweak the system so our pet would not set off the alarms. Every time we have had a concern someone was able to fix our problem right away. Even sending an email gets a quick response. I believe that you can't get a better deal than this.
