Iconic Blinds

Highly recommend Iconic Blinds. They offer a great variety of options for every style preference and price point. I ordered my blinds and was notified by the kind and courteous staff every step of the way in terms of booking, delivery and install dates. When one accessory for the blinds did not arrive in a color I expected, the owner Jesse called me himself and made sure it would be replaced immediately. Based on this experience, I would happily order from them again.

I was looking to change my blinds and a friend referred me to Iconic Blinds saying he had dealt with the company in the past and had nothing but good things to say about them.

I contacted them and was not disappointed at all.
They thrive on fast and friendly service and it showed. I was immediately responded to and got asked all the important questions (what kind of blinds am I looking for, how many blinds do I need, what my budget was) and so on.

Within the same week, someone had come to my house to take accurate measurements of my windows and offer me a free estimate.

Once I confirmed my order with them, they gave me an appointment in which 2 friendly installers came over to set up the blinds for me. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They also made sure to tell me several times that if I had any questions or issues later on, to feel free to contact them any time.

The blinds were super nice and great quality.

The owner of the company, Jesse, had also reached out the very next day to ensure everything went well and answer any questions I may have had.

All in all, not a single complaint from my end.
