Expensive but close to college
🏴 Flag as inappropriateOne time they kicked everyone out of the building in the middle of december over the holidays and I almost literally froze to the point of collapsing on the ground trying to get home.

For a student residence, it's decent. There are better options in Ottawa.
If you really feel the inclination to share a bathroom with someone you don't know for 8 months, you can definitely find better things (if a bit further from the school) for the 875-some dollars a month they charge here.
Laundry is 2 dollars per load, per machine.
If you lock your keys inside (the doors lock themselves), that's 5 dollars.
The kitchen is shared by the whole floor, and it's really outdated appliances, too. Oh, and like a real prison you aren't allowed to bring your own stove. (When I lived there)
If your keycard stops working between 5 pm and 8 am, good luck.

🏴 Flag as inappropriateWas there last year. Building itself is super and the concept of being 30 seconds on foot from the college. I find that what you pay is way to much for what you get. No stoves in room so you need to walk down the hall with all of your ingredients to cook.

L'un des aspects qui me plaisent le plus est celui de la vie étudiante et des activités. En effet, nous avons toujours des activités gratuites organisées à la Résidence, on ne s'ennuie jamais.

Évitez la circulation automobile, le transport en commun, ou encore la question du stationnement. Ne faites plutôt que quelques pas pour vous retrouver de votre chambre à votre salle de classe.
