I brought my vehicle for the oil change, but there was an issue... The manager dealt with it really well: he took care of the issue immediately, was polite. Time was needed to fix my vehicle but Shane was in touch with me all the time: he called/texted to provide updates, was easy to reach when I wanted to talk to him myself. The manager made sure that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I would like to thank Shane for the professional approach and also praise him for being a nice person I will go there next time myself and can recommend it to others. -
