  The gym is spacious and clean and has a good variety of equipment. However, the membership pricing listed on their website is a bit misleading. It says it's $10/week, but that is only if you sign up for a year-long membership. If you do a month-to-month membership, the cost is $80 a month, which is essentially $20/week. Just an fyi in case you were thinking of joining.

  Plyomax Fitness Centre is unlike any gym I've ever been too. The staff is friendly, warm and inviting and help all clients with their personalized fitness goals. I've never had a gym provide a personal fitness assessment and then explain the correct ways of going about certain exercises to keep with proper form and avoid injury. This is great!!
  I am not intimidated to approach a staff member if I have questions on how to use any machines or do certain exercises. You can tell that the staff genuinely care about your goals and success and your experience at the gym. They are a great 'family'. The price is also great!! No initiation fees or any money down - how can you beat that.

  Phenomenal gym. Everyone is so nice, down to earth, the most knowledgeable Personal trainers out there. Very clean gym, top of the line equipment with a top notch spin and studio room. Very good deals as well which you can't find elsewhere. Most importantly it is very trustworthy, no one steals anything, I left my headphones beside the shoulder press machine and 3 days later it was still there. Best gym I have ever went too by a mile.
