Could have used s second staff person but through fellow working was very engaging and the scones were amazing

I generally love Second Cup. Their products are delicious and well made AND, best of all, you're supporting a Canadian company. However, I was truly disappointed that only one young woman works there all by herself. She is honestly amazing and such a trooper!! This afternoon was especially busy and there was a lineup to the door. Napkin dispensers were all empty and she actually ran out of change, causing her to take all of the change from her tip jar and count it out just to make change for customers. You could tell she was stressed but she maintained her composure and still managed to give excellent customer service. It's just really upsetting to see her work like a dog for probably not that great of a wage. Fyi, she's the only person I've ever seen working there, no voice and all... Give the lady a raise cause she deserves it!

Super cost area. Pretty similar to other locations but they have more options for group seating. Great place for studying or getting some reading done. Service was good and no issues with the beverages.

J'ai adoré cet endroit. Service is exceptional and the place has been recently renovated. The atmosphere is better than the competitors you can actually sit down and have a discussion with your guest. The noise level is also very reasonable. Prices are on the expensive side but a tiny less than the competitors.
