Prompt and quick install. I needed my garage door opener (Chamberlain) installed with the extension belt (8ft) and also got the bar/strut installed as well for added support. I was told the installer would be at my house between 8-8.30am, and they arrived around 8.15am and was done within 45 minutes. Got the opener working and installed. Happy with the service.

I was planning a low cost garage door opener, bought a used one and was missing some installation hardware. I contacted Ottawa Garage Door Systems hoping to find what I was missing. I was greeted by Corey and he invited me in. At their warehouse, Corey spent like 20 minutes showing me how to properly install my opener, going through all the details and adding hardware to my basket as we go on. I was surprised by the amount of time and attention he'd given me and how passionate this guy was about his work. To top it all, at the end, he wouldn't take any money, saying that he was just trying to help. I stood there speechless, it's not everyday that you meet someone who's not only thinking about profit. I really appreciated the service and will 100% be back for any garage door work that I would have. Thanks again Corey!
