Hey I highly recommend this Garage as I been to many and none can compared to there amazing customer service and amazing work. I called Derick last minute and he took my car in and diagnosed my car right away and wouldn’t give up until he could figure it out I don’t know what I would of done with out him as it was a very complex issue. After shopping around Ottawa for a mechanic I came across Automark and I could not be more happy with this honest shop. Derick made me feel welcome and engaged me in a conversation about my VW Golf and the issues that I was experiencing, we took my Golf out for ride and he quickly identified the work that was needed. This sounds like the 'normal' but the difference is that Derick helped me by explaining the system that needed the work and what exactly was wrong with it! I need this type of detail as it allowed me to build trust with him and his shop. I've tested the work that was done and I could not be happier, I feel safe and my car functions like it did before I needed the work.
