My furnace needed to be replaced and an appointment was set up to meet with Calum, an Enercare consultant. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail what was available and helped me make the right decision as to which furnace choice would be suitable for my home. An appointment was made the next day for my new furnace installation. In all, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Calum and Enercare Home Services.

Abdi and Alex completed our annual furnace maintenance today. They were punctual, efficient and friendly. I’m happy to say that they wore their masks and adhered to today’s necessary ‘social distancing’. I would be happy to have them back again next year.

My AC went on the fritz during one of the hottest days of this summer! Called the office and was promptly waited on, questioned and assigned a repairman for the following day! Later that day, the office called and asked if I was able to have the repair done that day! Obviously I don't need to let you know my answer, or my relief!
I was told that the repairman would be there between such and such a given time. Norm Rollin drove in my drive a half hour or so before the due time. He immediately set to work ,analyzed the problem, explained as he went through the job, and went over all that had transpired.
Needless to say, I was very pleased with his professionalism, manner of representation for his company and a job well done! Enercare has an excellent man representing their company! Thank you and you have my business from now on!

Alex P and Kevin came to look at our water heater today they Went above and beyond, they showed up before the appointment was scheduled but callEd to make sure that was OK first. They did a thorough check and explained to us what needed to be done, we are super happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. They wore masks and social distanced properly we are super happy with how they treated us. 10/10 Enercare your techs are awesome!

Abdi did a wonderful inspection and explained everything to me - a 75-year old senior. He wore a mask and gloves. We were mindful of the 2-metre physical distancing requirement. He was polite and energetic. He provided several good recommendations. I was completely satisfied with his deportment and manners. He is worth 10/10!
