Access Storage - Kanata

They were extremely flexible and friendly. Local to Kanata this was our chosen place to store our goods, allowing us to go in anytime if we needed to take or add to our unit.

Sam is incredible and helped us renew again and again as our move was delayed.

From my initial telephone conversation to coming into the office to make my storage arrangements, I was provided with all info and options; very pleasant dealing with the office staff and I was very happy with the professional customer service. I have found the storage facilities very clean and secure and storage of my items in this facility has given me excellent peace of mind in terms of achieving a smooth transition to my next home. A very impressive organization/people that enable you to get the job done. I can recommend this company to anyone looking for storage facilities and great customer service.

Service: Wanted a place for a short time. Got the unit very fast and the person at the reception was awesome. Gave me the instructions and there was no ambiguity. Called to cancel the storage and the process was so seamless. No questions asked and the process was as simple as letting them know.

Storage: Best thing is that the storage does not have multiple levels. So, I can just take my vehicle in front of the locker. This makes moving stuff so much easier. And the 24 hour access never had any problem. They even had wooden blocks on the ground so my stuff is saved from any accidental water in the locker, not that there was any. The locker is well made and well sealed.

Good cheap no frills 24/7 drive-up storage. Units include wooden pallets to keep your stuff dry. They sell padlocks on site. Would be nice if they installed gutters for when it rains...
