Kanata Highlands Veterinary Hospital

Both Dr. James and Dr. Vanderzon came recommended and so I brought in my 9 year old persian cat first for her teeth and examination/vaccines. I then brought in my other senior cat to have his eye looked at and vaccinated. Dr. Vanderzon was REALLY great with both of them, patient- took his time explaining everything and listening to any and all questions! I did not feel rushed nor did I feel like they were trying to upsell you on things you didn't actually need, etc.
The facility is beautiful and well laid out. The ladies at the front desk (Wendy, Jordan and another woman who I cannot remember her name, sorry!) were really pleasant and nice to chat with.

I work in the customer service field and own my own business, so I really take notice and appreciate quality service when I receive it.

In his previous clinic, Dr. David Vanderzon provided the most amazing care to our dog and helped us enormously when it was time for our dog to cross the rainbow bridge. Would recommend him many times over.
