We used this company a few times to repair the appliances that came with our new home (new to us). We faced some problems with a fridge ice maker not working, a dryer not heating, and a broken washing machine drain pump.

Every service request was promptly responded with a service visit scheduled for the same day or next day. The service personnel was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable.

For every issue, they recommended the most cost-effective option and waived their service visit fee when we hired them for the repair. The repairs were quick and professional and completely resolved our issues for a very reasonable price.

King Appliance technician came on time. The problem was identified immediately. The technician wasted no time at all and solved the problem in a very short period of time. He walked us through the issue and the solution. In the end the dishwasher was fixed and the kitchen was back to normal within an hour. Very clean. The price was reasonable as well.
