I received quick service. The salesperson was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything I wanted to see and answered all questions in detail. He proposed alternatives and the best part of the experience was that I felt no pressure to buy.

I purchased a whole living room set down to the area rug from Lazy Boy 5 years ago. At the time because the bill was $8000 we chose to get the 5 year warranty. 2 months ago we notice some flaws in the leather sofa. They sent someone to our home to check it out and because it was a manufacturing flaw they offered us a new one. We picked out another sofa and they picked up the old one and delivered the new at no extra charge.

Lina went above and beyond with our redesign plan. We were able to make an informed selection thanks to her attentiveness. Highly recommend.
