First Class workout facility! Always a polite and friendly welcome from the reception staff as you enter. Changing areas are clean and spacious. Exercise equipment is plentiful. The new fuel studio has added yet another option for your workout. This place has it all. I’ve found the manager, Ryan to be very approachable and understanding. He will do his utmost to get things done. I’ve been a member for a year and honestly can’t see myself going anywhere else.

I love this club, best location in Ottawa period. They offer smoothies and snacks at the bar, clean change rooms as well as the facility. The amenities at the club are amazing. Great equipment to get any type of workout in. Staff are extraordinary, friendly and very polite. Strongly recommend.

I have been a member for a year now and will remain a member indefinitely. This is the cleanest and most welcoming gym I have ever been to. Front desk staff always have a smile on their faces. If I have questions about the equipment there seems to always be a Personal Trainer available to help answer my questions. I often work in the lobby for long hours and am able to observe many interactions. I haven't encountered any issues and have nothing but good things to say about this club which is why I am little surprised about some of these negative reviews.

I love this facility, it's the best. The staff are super friendly and it starts from management down. Ryan is awesome along with Jessica and Matt, always a pleasure seeing them, always smiling and willing to answer any questions that I have. Keep up the good work.

I love this club! I told the general manager the wifi was being a little stubborn and he took my comment seriously - the next day not only was the connection faster but he stopped me just before my workout to let me know the technical department was working on it. Besides the beautiful equipment and numerous amenities, the staff are Always friendly and are constantly growing to accommodate member needs and suggestions. Highly recommended.
