Gabriela is a great travel agent. I call her every time I need to go on a trip, sometimes even last minute and she does her best to accommodate my needs. Last year, I bought an all-inclusive package to Cuba and everything went seamless with the trip while some of my friends who purchased their vacation packages on their own ended up having terrible experiences.
