(December 5, 2018, 8:50 pm)As the new owner since May 2018 , I would like to inform all members and non members that everyone is treated with the most amount of respect and I take every case seriously . Everyone is treated the same and everyone is subject to having a fair outcome out of every and any situation . Contracts are contracts , I explain it to absolutely everyone that signs up in the gym . I cannot cancel ones contract as a favor when I've said no and conversed with many in the past that have had issues as well . It's all fair to everyone . This review of Ms. Alexandra Pavlides is unfortunately not accurate at all and is subject to a review as I have email proof of this false customer service accusations . Please disregard her review .
