Had an excellent experience buying a trailer today with Nemo and Nick. Really easygoing, 0 pressure. Nothing like buying a car, they went out of their way to accommodate my very specific requirements. I made them a reasonable offer and we made a deal at closer to my offer than their asking.

Recently purchased a new travel trailer at Camp Town RV in Manotick. I would rate our overall satisfaction at 4/5 stars. However, I would like to specify that I would give 5/5 stars to two employees we dealt with: our salesperson, Aaron Lee, and the Service Manager, Jonathan Marshall, have shown excellent client service to us, neophytes in camping with a RV. From day one, Aaron quickly established a trust relationship with us and introduced us to Jonathan to answer some initial technical questions. Since our purchase, they both have quickly replied to numerous emails we sent regarding various additional questions we had. In fact, the service-oriented ongoing support early demonstrated by these two employees are the real reason we bought at Camp Town RV.

New Dealership, lots to offer. New and used trailers, Motor Homes etc. The competion has brought the prices really low on most of the new trailers. ALL THE STAFF ARE GREAT. I am happy ?

Amazing experience. My husband and I went in one day looking for a small trailer. We were shown a variety of trailers and found a perfect one for us. The price was great and the sales person did a fabulous job. The finance department was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They explained everything very clearly for us and made the process quick and easy. The trailer was ours within a week. The service manager was also very helpful and friendly. He stayed late for our arrival and gave us a very detailed walk through of the trailer and made it easy for a first time owner. After a few uses we discovered minor issues and the service team was quick to solve every item on our list without hassle. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend! Thank you Camp Town RV. We will be back!!!
