Dr. Graham is amazing. For years I was unable to wear contacts due to irritation; I had tried various solutions, cleaning agents, and eventually gave in to only wearing glasses. After my first visit Dr. Graham was able to find contacts that worked for my eyes at a better price than my previous optometrist.

Our family has had a professional and welcoming experience here. My young boys and I have had our eye exams by the doctors. They were really good with them - engaging the kids and helping them through the exam. And with me the doctors were informative, supportive and knowledgeable.

I also bought my progressive glasses here. The opticians were very knowledgeable and the frame selection was good. The Nikon lenses are excellent. And the one month flexibility on swapping frames is helpful, as is the two month ability to change the lenses if they don’t work for me. Already I’ve gone in to have my new frames adjusted - they are working really well.

And on top of it all, the admin staff at the front are warm and lovely and efficient.

Each spent a great deal of time with me selecting and helping me sort through the substantial number of frames and lens options in the store. With their help and expertise, I have a frame that meets all of the criteria I was looking for and the specialty lenses worked perfectly from the moment I put them on. I needed a few subsequent adjustments and was able to do these via appointment and impromptu drop in. A pleasure to deal with.
