We hired The Urban Concept Ltd. to finish our basement in Feb 2021. I met many contractors and got many quotes but when it came down to it, The Urban Concept Ltd. was the most affordable, most professional, best at communication and most trustworthy. It was a no-brainer and I was SO relieved that they could fit us into their schedule. The project flowed so smoothly and efficiently, there were no delays or hiccups or surprises. It was too easy, and was enjoyable to have the crew around. They finished in record time and we love the look/style/selections they made. Would highly recommend them and we will be requesting their services in future. Doesn’t matter if they’re not the cheapest next time.

This is the company you need to hire. After 10 years of renovations over two houses, this was one of the best companies we have ever had. I like to save money, have quality work done and deal with professionals. I found that with Ryan and his team, unlike a lot of experiences with other companies, they actually communicated, showed up when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to. A fantastic crew of nice, polite, hardworking people. I wish I had found this company sooner so I could have given them more work to do.

The guys were not only courteous and responsive to our questions and needs, but they were prompt and hard working. The delivered what we asked and when we asked for it. They delivered great work with no run around.
