She did not try to over-estimate the results nor under-estimate my injuries. She was great to work with. Everyone at Auger Hollingsworth was pleasant, professional and down to earth.

The settlement process is long, expensive, and not something to enter in lightly - know that even with a good settlement, you will likely never recover all you have lost as a result of your injury. That being said if you do not enter the process, you may walk-a-way empty handed. Charles Genest helped me every step of the way. Kept me calm and well informed of the process letting me know what to expect. He answered my questions when I asked them, letting me set the pace vs overloading me with information. I'm extremely grateful for his expertise and guidance through out the process. Happier still to be on the other side of the the whole process. -

Brenda and her team have prompt responsive communication when I had questions either by phone or email and were proactive in communication of all the steps along the way in what can be a complex process. They took the stress away from an already stressful process so your job can be to focus on your health. The tone with insurance changes when your adjuster knows you have *this* firm in your corner. .
The Auger Hollingsworth staff are also compassionate and patient..Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.
