Chad was courteous, friendly, and professional in facilitating a quick, inexpensive, and stress-free rental process. Chad will be the first call for my next rental.

The customer service I recieved this time was much different. I went in to pick up my rental and was greeted immediately. There was a bit of an issue with previous people not returning their cars on time so all that was left was a van. I was offered to take that so that I didn't have to wait. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for what I needed it for.
Chad was very helpful and accommodating. He was on the phones to other locations trying to find something as a substitute. He went all the way to the Kanata location in order to get a car in the size I needed.
I'm thankful for his help and definitely will use this location in the future.
