Mark is very frank and honest to deal with. Let's you know before he does the work just how bad the job can be. He was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle for the day so I could still get out and service my customers. He is a pleasure to deal with and his "rates chart" will bring a good smile to your face if you have EVER had to bill by the hour. :)
