  I was served fries which were only cooked once (they tasted like a fresh, uncooked potato and had a similar starchy crunch on the inside as if they hadn't been cooked twice.)
  
  Not only that but the burger I got had lettuce which was rotten brown... The chef knowingly completed my order with rotten lettuce in the hopes I wouldn't complain. Maintaining fresh, non-expired produce should be a primary concern of a restaurant, as well as making sure all staff understand how to differentiate fresh and non-fresh foods.
  
  For someone to look at a rotten piece of lettuce and think it's fine to throw on top of a $15 hamburger is just ridiculous and shows the kind of talent and passion behind the kitchen at this establishment.
  
  The food is probably good, but when the hands making it can't tell fresh lettuce from rotten lettuce there's a massive safety concern there - do they know they have to wash their hands after coming back from the washroom as well?
  
  The meal was worth the $15 only for the fact that it made everyone at my office laugh at how inexcusable this is... you have to reach into a container to take the lettuce, how do you not see it's rotten?
  
  Furthurmore when a customer complains they were served rotten food it's usually a good idea to offer some sort of compensation, I paid full price, was not refunded and was not given any credit...

  Burgers were great. Found this place because other restaurant was full. Will definitely go back. Teenagers loved the food and the deep fried Oreos for dessert.

  The decor is pretty nice. The atmosphere is great. Excellent service.The food is delicious. The burger is good too.

  Excellent food and service. Great variety on menu. A burger place but the steak and lobster mac and cheese are terrific. Good prices. Half price appetizers from 3-6 during the week.

  Great burgers and nice selection of drinks. Also a comfortable feeling of camaraderie and open till late to boot. Looking forward to more visits with friends and family.
