We visited the embassy last week to get some documents legalized for our client for use in Cuba. The embassy staff was very friendly, polite and informative. They have explained the process well and what the requirements were. Nice, knowledgeable people.

I had q wonderful conversation and they were so helpful with my documents. They advised me all the time I visited them. What I can say is, they're wonderful.

I received excellent customer service. People at the office are very profesional, they answered all my questions in a timely manner via email prior attending the embassy. Once there they also processed my request in a timely manner and took into consideration my personal situation. I think it makes a difference when you treat people with respect as you get the same back in return.
