Residence & Conference Centre - Ottawa Downtown

Clean, quiet and the receptionist at the front desk was very kind and professional .

There are several constructions happening near the location so getting there at night in the dark was challenging ( took a couple of wrong turns before getting to the right street)

A good place if you just need a place to crash for a couple of nights or so. It has all the basics you need. Although an upgrade of towels and bedsheets would not be bad for the place. Cleaning should be better. I would give 5/10.

The plus side it close to two bus stations and you ca access bus 5, 55 and 16. There is a subway close by if you are hungry.

Room was clean and bright.reasonable price. The only downside is the distance. i.e. there is not any Tim hortons or Mcdonalds nearby unless you want to take a bus

It's pretty much as advertised. It's good value. The staff is very pleasant. Would be a great place to book if you had a sports team visiting for a tournament in Ottawa. You're not going to get a better deal at a better location anywhere. My only criticism is the beds are incredibly soft like the box spring needs to be replaced.

Bang for your dollar! A great place to stay if you are vacationing in Ottawa due to it being so close to downtown. There's a subway, pure vegan restaurant, gas station, a small strip mall close-by. Staff during staffed hours are very friendly and generous. The only suggestion to the management would be to provide some kind of breakfast option for an extra cost. This would be the icing on the cake.
