Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa

Friendly staff, clean, but really dated. There are signs around the hotel saying it's going through a much needed renovation, but I haven't seen any other evidence. It feels like they should have started the renovation about 5 years ago, but should be a great Hampton once they're finished.

Nice and clean hotel, not very from the down town. The price is affordable for everyone. Also, here is a grate location for events, conferences, and etc. Not only that it’s very close to train station ???? which in summer time you even don’t need and cab ???? or bus ???? to go to the hotel. Since the it’s a bed and breakfast ???? hotel it would be cost effective.

Check in was easy except the company I had booked the hotel through sent the wrong reservation type, we were moved to the new room the following evening which was fantastic. The front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. The free breakfast had everything you would expect from a hot breakfast and the coffee was the hottest I've ever had in my life! Didn't get to the pool area so cant comment on that, overall a quiet hotel with shopping near by and lots of parking.

Great affordable place to stay. Room quite spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again!

Quite happy with my check-in, the lady at front desk (8:20pm April 7, 2019) processed in less than 5 minutes! Very polite and courteous. The room look clean and renovated (past 5years perhaps). The lobby seems a little sad and small but its not dated, or maybe its just me. So far so good!
