Manor Park Estate

I give it 5 stars why would I? First of all the price you really can't beat the prices anywhere you get a townhouse style with either a garage or basement a nice pretty big front yard. My 2 bedroom started at 1010$ where do you find something at that price in Ottawa even the 3 bedroom were 100$ more. Yes they are old homes but still pretty well maintain the staff is pretty good they fix any issues the day after you call in. I have been there almost 3 years now and i am very happy to live in Manor park.

I've lived in a Manor Park Estates townhome for a little over a year, and so far it's been great. The townhomes are older but my unit is affordable, comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and bug-free. The few times I've had minor issues, maintenance has been quick and friendly. I do agree with the previous poster, the walls could be thicker in between units, hence the 4 stars. Overall, I love living here!

I live in the townhomes in Manor Park and I don't really have any complaints as of yet.
My home is clean, I don't have any issues with bugs either!
My bathroom tap was leaking and the maintenance man came and fixed it promptly.
The only complaint I do have is the walls are paper thin, I've heard my neighbours yelling, fighting, music pounding and once I informed the office they dealt with it immediately!
Yes these are older homes but that doesn't mean there not worthy to live in. I also believe it's up to the tenants as well to keep there property clean and tidy.
The rent is very reasonable as well I especially love that heat and water are included!
I would definitely recommend Manor Park to anyone.
