  Lack of interaction with customers makes this place cold. no smiling no greetings. McDonald's with their automated system has lost any personalized character.

  Unfortunately my experience with the drive-thru is not what I think I should expect. The last 3 visits, albeit close to lunch time, I have waited in line, had my order taken and then told to pull around the other side of the restaurant and wait yet again. This is the part I am dissatisfied with. I planned my choice by the line up I could see. If I had more time I would have eaten inside the restaurant. My order was a simple kids meal and a combo. Nothing difficult and not a special order. However, the order did arrive correct and hot. 3x was the deal breaker though.

  Went in for a coffee, was greeted with smiles during a busy time. Kind cashier, clean franchise. I cannot complain about this experience. Easy in and out, took 4 minutes. My cup was leaking from the bottom, and, while I understand this is a fluke, I'm relating it here. Probably a one off. Coffee was great though!
