The drivers and Owner Operators are excellent, safety driven, professional drivers. The office staff are also very professional, very helpful and are always available to assist drivers, as well as customers, 24/7.
The door to Earl's office is always open to staff, drivers and owner operators if they have any questions or concerns regarding certain runs, loads, pay, or even if they just want to sit down and talk. Nothing is hidden from the drivers or owner operators. If you ask for a breakdown of a payment for a load, or your weekly pay/pay statement, Earl himself will pull all paperwork and set it out for the drivers to see. Including load confirmations.
There is absolutely no forced dispatch nor will they send you anywhere you are not comfortable running. (NYC, L.A, Rockies...)
EHT has an excellent customer base in both Canada as well as the USA so there is never a shortage of work, and the loads usually pay well above industry standard. Neither Earl or Dispatch will accept "cheap freight"
The equipment is very well maintained and we only drive newer (2017-2020) Kenworth W900/990's. EHT is the best paying company I have worked for in my Transportation career!! We are all treated fairly, and best of all, we are not a number!! Everyone knows you by name!!
