No cable today, I had to leave a voicemail and Nancy called me back 10 minutes after I left a voice mail she told me that due to the big storm on Monday and lightning hitting their tower many of their customers were without cable. Weird! It's Thursday and I'm pretty sure that I watched cable TV on Tuesday. Well all I had to do was unplug the round black wire from the back of the little Nor-del little black cable box and plug it back in to resolve the issue. Nancy told me that they have been fielding a constant stream of calls since Monday. Too bad that no one at Nor-del has thought to send out a mass email notice to all of their customers explaining the problem and how easily customers can fix it themselves instead of making everyone call them, tie up their phone lines and force them to answer the phones and personally walk each customer through the quick fix for 4 straight days. Food for thought!
