The office staff and install technicians are always friendly, helpful and prompt. They stick to their service standard level and life time warranty agreement as well. I've never had an issue or been disappointed with any service or maintenance calls/visits. They are prompt to fix any issue as they understand the importance of timely maintenance visits to ensure our pets are safe.

Installing an invisible fence and with this company has been one of my most important investments yet. It provides safety, comfort and peace of mind knowing that our fur babies are safe and free from harm at home on our own property. -

Both our dogs know their boundaries, and they love being outside and not having to be on their leashes. We followed the designed training procedures, and it worked fantastic. We highly recommend the invisible fence!!!

Him and his helper were efficient at the installation and had the wire in the ground in no time. His patience with all my questions was very much appreciated. His calm demeanour with my very stubborn German shepherd was second to none. Today was day two after the install and Izzy laid down in front of the flag as of to say mom the nice man told me not to cross that line. I was so impressed with Dwains training and how good he was with her.

recommend to all my dog parent friends!!
