I can't say enough good things about Steve (the owner) and Nate (the service adviser). My steering wheel was vibrating and I don't know a whole lot about cars. I happened to be driving by and when I went inside, Nate could tell I was apprehensive about the whole process. He went through the diagnosis process with me and then, seeing I was still anxious, he brought Steve over. Steve took the time to explain what was going on with my car, why it was happening, and showed me the diagnosis sheet from the suspension rack they put my car onto. He went over the importance of alignments and tire rotation to prevent early wear on my car's suspension parts. Not only were they both incredibly warm and friendly throughout the whole process, but I know a lot more about the care and maintenance of my car now than I did before. They have a customer for life!
