325 Lakeview Drive Apartments

Brand new apartment with luxurious features. Laundry in apartment with high end appliances. People are very friendly here. Unfortunately, we pay $50 for parking extra on top of rental fees for two vehicles.($600 a year) I personally do not mind paying for the fees. However, it is your own responsibility to have a car towed from your spot if someone takes your parking spot.The building manager can not do a single thing for us. There is a shortage of parking and only 5 visitor spots. We had to call the cops over 3 times to get them removed from our parking spot. We do not even have a close spot to the door or visitors.They've posted a sign about 6 months ago about getting the issue resolved and I haven't seen any resolved issue yet. If we are paying for that much in parking, then the building should do something about it or have it gated. Usually it takes about an extra hour out of our day to have the issue resolved with the cops.The walls are a little thinner and you can hear from above and below.

Gorgeous brand new building with great staff running it. Never seen such a nice open kitchen with a plethora of cabinents. Early goings was a But tough, but because the staff (Gerry+Kathy) are great, it was fixed in no time!
Highly recommend this building if you are looking for a place to call home in Woodstock.

This is by far the most beautiful apartment I've ever lived in. Would be nice to have more recycling bins so they don't pile up too high. And I wish parking and storage was included in rental but it's such an amazing place otherwise.

We have recently moved into the Greens of Sally Creek and are very impressed with the apartment. Moving from a three bedroom home to a one bedroom apartment we thought would be difficult, but the space is fantastic. The other residents are friendly, the dogs are quiet and the building is well looked after by Gerry and Kim.

The leasing agent was wonderful and the building representatives are fantastic. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and we absolutely love living here!
