Very friendly people. We brought our tire in to get patched up on a Saturday! They said no problem. Picked it up a few hours later.

Great people for towing , genuine , awesome service , very fair pricing . My truck broke down in night and , they take care of me very well and arrange for motel room and make me comfortable till I am stuck .
Appreciate their help .i was out of food they arrange some energy bars and coffee and some other snacks from their office as all restaurant were closed by then .

They helped me out in a pinch and earned a loyal customer. Great service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

While travelling up north our pickup truck developed a major exhaust leak and became very loud. We went to Griffiths in south river after stopping at a number of auto repair shops who were all too busy to help us. Griffiths literally dropped what they were doing to help us out. After replacing a flange and a quick weld we were all set. Very happy and kudos to all of the staff at Griffith Brothers Service Center.

I received the best customer service ever from Griffith Bros. My nephew was driving on hwy 11 and his car broke down and he needed a tow. It was 1am and I called Griffith Bros and they couldn’t tow him until morning but they assured me that they would be able to tow him and asked that I call the garage about 8:30 am. I did and was pleasantly surprised to learn from the person who answered the phone that she was expecting my call and knew what I needed. The message from the person who answered at 1 am had obviously been passed along! Arrangements were made to have the car towed and within 40 minutes I had a call from the tow truck driver telling me he was at the car and would be towing it. I then had a call when he arrived at the destination. To me that was exceptional customer service .
Every person I spoke to at Griffith Bros excelled in their communication and friendly approach to me. I can’t say enough about my first experience with this company . It was so incredibly positive. Griffith Brothers could write a manual on the how to’s of top customer service. Thank you again to the staff at Griffith Bros.
