(November 5, 2018, 5:36 pm)Always clean and always friendly staff. My favourite staff member is Sheridan, she always helps me out at the front desk with all my needs. The gym has a lot of good cardio equipment, but I wouldn’t 100% recommend for weight lifting. The track is a really good addition to the gym facility.
