There are 3 driveways from Doug Leavens Blvd. The middle driveway is the EXIT, do not enter via the middle driveway, if you are a delivery driver, you won't be tipped. Neighbours, we encourage you to not tip drivers who don't follow simple one-way street signs.
The children's park for residents has been removed. Children have access to an amazing public park by the public tennis courts next door.
