Dixie Toyota

I have always thought the Toyota brand to be very reliable and I convince my husband to switch to a Toyota two years ago- he found Dixie Toyota and Jody and Steve to be very helpful finding exactly the car that suited him and earlier this year he surprised me with a new Rav4 Trail edition- Jody and Steve helped him arrange everything while I was away and the whole staff at Dixie Toyota were there to surprise me and cheer us on. I felt very well taken care of and the facility is excellent- they even did my oil change on my previous Subaru and it was great! Thank you for your great service Dixie Toyota!!

I usually have great service but on one visit they tried to sell me an air filter I didn’t need, I appreciated the honesty of another employee who said “Why are you about to buy it if you don’t need it?” To which I replied that one of their employees told me I should buy it. It’s always easy to book an appointment here, but some employees are friendlier than others.

Fantastic Customer Service. The rep helping me was Walter Molina. Walter was extremely professional, and did everything he could to get me what I needed. He was very accommodating, and ensured the service happened at the time that they had promised. Dixie Toyota also offers pick and drop service, which makes it a simple process to leave your car, get dropped of where you need, and be picked up once the car is ready.
