Excellent and honest service; his tips/tricks for removal and installation are right on, he repaired the part as soon as he received it and shipped it back immediately. Our problem is completely resolved, no issues after several weeks of driving.

(May 7, 2018, 4:04 pm)Symptoms from my jeep matched description on Alec's website regarding a bad actuator. Shop wanted to replace the turbo, which would have cost $7000 plus labor. Alec sold me a reconditioned actuator which I installed myself, sent back faulty unit. Not they easiest part to get off the vehicle, but an average backward mechanic can do it. Vehicle works great now. Highly recommend this business. Saved me $$$.

His customer service is top notch, he showed me things about the Jeeps engine that I had no idea about. After he changed out the actuator he test drove the Jeep with me in it and pointed out to me other issue he noticed and explained how to fix them. I would recommend him to anyone - a true Jeep enthusiast
