  I've been to many banks and many TD branches. I have always received amazing experience from this branch. Maheen is a great Manager that works there. All the staff and super friendly and nice.

  Very nice staff & professional service. ADRIEL provided all kinds of options I could have and very detailed explanation of each question I asked in a professional & efficient way. Great！

  80% of the time I call the branch directly to get an appointment i get a voicemail. 25% (1 out of 4) i get a call back. When I go to the branch I don't have an issue, its just difficult to plan around this branch. I've now resorted to calling other branches in the area. I've had this issue for the past 6 months. May switch to another branch if this continues. In addition calling easyline my wait times are over 40 minutes, i feel like TD just isn't about person-to-person contact anymore, but their online self-serve processes are not being built out to accommodate their clients. In addition to the high fees. The best thing about this bank is their hours.
