  My wife and I signed up for personal training sessions with Arleigh and really liked the experience. Arleigh adjusted the routines to fit our age and level of fitness. She made each of the training sessions challenging but very rewarding. We have no hesitation in recommending Arleigh as a personal trainer to achieve your fitness and health goals.

  Wonderful experience, persomal program and made for you. I have a few disabilities and Arleigh has made the program for rehad and to get back into shape.
  Quiet, private setting. Parking and easy access. Very reasomable pricing and willing to work with you.
  I have been a client for over 10 yrs and done everything from bodybuilding physio rehab and conditioning.
  O have sent many to her and my family has had great success with her programs. A friend even dud thier certification with her.
  Washroom change area, easy parking and clean.

  Arleigh is very highly motivated. You want results....she is your trainer. From diet to training she will help you all the way to achieve your goal. She’s indefatigable. Only regrets on our part was we should have trained with her from the beginning nevertheless we are enjoying the results of our training with her now. Too bad I would have given her 10 stars but the max is 5.
  What are you still waiting for???? You want results ....train with her LOL

  Arleigh is terrific!
  
  I wasnt sure what to expect when I first went to see her (never had a personal trainer before) but she was friendly and professional. She did an evaluation and got to know where I was and where I wanted to be.
  
  The results since then have been more than I had hoped for. Her workouts are innovative and never boring (sometimes exhausting but in a good way). She is extremely knowledgeable about the different muscle groups and nutrition as well.
  
  Would recommend to anyone.
